Seller Entry Times

Cars Queue on Marble Drive from: 6:30AM – 7:15AM
Walk-ins Queue at School Entrance from: 7:00AM – 7:15AM
Set-Up: 7:15AM – 8:15AM
Trading: 8:15AM – 1:30PM
No early pack-ups. All sellers must vacate by 2PM.

What Can I Sell?

You’re welcome to sell second-hand goods, clothes, household items, vintage wares, crafts, plants, toys, and more.

Prohibited Items: Counterfeits, stolen goods, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, prescription medication, illegal media.
Tools, electronics, or bikes may require proof of ownership.

To protect the integrity of our event and the safety of the public, Brent Cross Car Boot Sale operates a strict selling policy. By booking a stall or selling at our event, you agree to the following terms:

🔒 Prohibited Items

The sale of the following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate ejection and a permanent ban:

Counterfeit goods (e.g. branded fake clothing, shoes, accessories, electronics, cosmetics, etc.)
Stolen property
Knives, weapons, firearms (real or replica)
Illegal or unlicensed DVDs, CDs, or games
Tobacco, vapes, alcohol (unless licensed in advance)
Live animals
Pornographic material or explicit content
Prescription medications or unregulated supplements

🧰 Tools, Machinery, & High-Value Equipment

If you are selling power tools, machinery, electronics, bikes, generators or other high-value equipment, you must be able to provide proof of purchase or ownership if requested by our team or trading standards officials.

Failure to provide adequate proof when requested will result in immediate removal from the site.
We reserve the right to ban any seller found or suspected to be dealing in stolen, suspicious or untraceable goods.

📜 Trading Standards Compliance

We work closely with local authorities and trading standards officers who may attend our events for spot checks. This includes undercover inspections. Sellers found in violation may be:

Reported to authorities
Removed from the site without refund
Permanently banned from future events

✅ General Rules for All Sellers

You must trade from your designated pitch only.
Keep your area tidy and remove all waste when leaving.
Goods must be safe, second-hand, and honestly described.
Sellers must not cause a nuisance to others.

🚫 Zero-Tolerance Policy

We have a zero-tolerance approach to counterfeiting, theft, and illegal trading. If you are found in breach of any of the above:

Your pitch will be closed immediately.
You will be banned from all future Brent Cross Car Boot events.
You may be referred to law enforcement.

👮‍♂️ Security & Steward Monitoring

Security staff and stewards will monitor stalls during setup and trading hours. Any suspicious behaviour should be reported immediately to staff on-site or via the contact form on our website.

By attending as a seller, you acknowledge that Brent Cross Car Boot Sale holds the right to refuse entry, remove traders, or deny future bookings without refund if these rules are violated.
