What time does it open?
• Gates open at 7:00am
£3 Early Bird entry before 8:30am
£1 Standard entry after 8:30am
• Kids under 12 enter free

Where is the car boot held?
• At Whitefield School, Claremont Road, NW2 1TR (near Brent Cross)

Is there buyer parking?
• No

Are dogs allowed?
• Yes – well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome.

Can I pay by card?
• Bring cash! Most sellers are cash-only. Some may accept cards.

What food/drinks are available?
• Our café serves tea, coffee, juice, soft drinks, baps and burgers.

Is the event accessible?
• Yes – the site is mostly flat and wheelchair/pram accessible.

What if it rains?
• We operate in all weather unless unsafe. Check our socials for updates.

For Sellers

How do I book a pitch?
• Visit our Bookings page and choose your pitch type (standard, premium, van, walk-in).

Can I turn up without booking?
• No – all sellers must pre-book online. No entry without a confirmed pitch.

When do sellers arrive?
• Arrival is from 6:30am to 7:30am sharp
• Late arrivals may be turned away

What can I sell?
• Most second-hand items: clothes, books, toys, home goods, bric-a-brac, etc.
• No counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or restricted goods – see Seller Policy

Can I bring a gazebo?
• Yes – as long as it fits your pitch and is properly secured.

Can I hire tables or rails?
• Yes – tables and rails are available to hire during booking (subject to stock). Or bring your own.

Do I trade from my car?
• Yes sellers park and sell from their pitch. Walk-in sellers can carry stock to setup area.

Is electricity provided?
• No power or water is provided – please come prepared.

Can food or drink be sold?
• Only pre-approved, licensed food traders may sell. No unauthorised food stalls.

Do I need ID or proof for items?
• Yes – sellers of tools, electronics, bikes, etc. You need to provide proof of purchase if requested.
